Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds for prepaid orders (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via mobile wallet.
